When you send a quote request through the contact form:

• your business name and type
• your name, phone number and email address
• the products you are interested in, your estimated volume and your message

When you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and what you send us.

When you browse the website, our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use this to identify you.

• to reply to your request with availability, prices and delivery options
• to prepare quotes, take orders and deliver them
• to keep records of our business relationship and meet legal and tax obligations
• to protect the website against spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, under their own data-protection terms:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which delivers the emails sent from our contact form
• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website
• our delivery team and staff who need it to serve you

Some of these providers process data outside Jordan (for example in the European Union or the United States). We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and as required by law (for example for accounting). Requests that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop using it for a particular purpose, or to withdraw a consent you have given. Email us at info@cibogourmet.co and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in Jordan.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:

• Necessary cookies — remember your language (NEXT_LOCALE) and your cookie choice (cibo_consent). These are always on because the site needs them.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how the site is used. Off unless you accept.
• Marketing cookies — measure our advertising. Off unless you accept.

At present the website does not load any analytics or marketing tools. If we add them, they will only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser's cookies.

The website is served over HTTPS and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Our website and services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
